This is Adam, Syam's Teaching Assistant. I followed the path of college admissions in international universities as well. As a part of gaining some experience, I had decided to go to Cedar Rapids, Iowa in the United States. After an excruciatingly long flight, I landed here on September 23rd, 2019. I have collected a good deal of experiences in the 1 year and 11 months that I have spent here. Going through this course and rewatching Ferris Bueller's Day Off again with you guys, I realized something: the material this course highlights is very similar to what I experienced here. It asks us to slow down and look around once in a while and take in the enjoyment that is in life, and that's exactly what happened to me when I decided to step out of my comfort zone. The advices that this Course provides are very essential to the development of a person, and my experience speaks for it. As a person that is now college bound at the University of Toronto because of the support and guidance of Syam, I cannot recommend this course enough.
