Manoj is dedicated towards creating fruit forests, sacred groves, herbal gardens, butterfly parks, bamboo groves in public places and institutions, including schools and colleges. Regularly conducts field trips to mangrove research centre at puthuvype for students. Co-ordinator of Haritham Vypin project. Winner of several eco awards.
