This course intends to analyse the metamorphosis of primitive societies to modern nations. Dr Ramanunny analyses the concept of motion through the lens of Galileo, Newton & Rene Descartes and applies the concept to societal development. Various stages of human development viz. hunter gatherer to pastoralist to nomad life to farming would be analysed. Cultural evolution and the fundamental building blocks of civilization would be explored.
