Narayanan is a Consultant Civil Engineer and Member of Institution of Engineers (MIE). A poet, he had been a familiar face in school and college youth festivals. Narayanan devotes considerable time for public recitation of poems and creating literary ecosystem to promote Malayalam poetry. A member of the legendary Akkitham family, he is the “go to man” for linguistic clarifications in Malayalam and Sanskrit.
